Matt Woodman has over 27 years relevant experience having held senior positions with major global real estate investment corporations based in Sydney, Hong Kong and London.

Prior to establishing Box Capital, Matt headed up the Australian division of Aviva Investors and was responsible for establishing their property investment business. Leveraging from strategic local partnerships, he created a series of logistics investment funds for local and offshore institutional investors. Previously Matt worked at the Goodman Group for 9 years with roles across Asset and Funds Management, including 4 years at Goodman’s Asian head office in Hong Kong as Director and Fund Manager. Matt has also worked for Grosvenor at their global head office in Mayfair, London.

Daini Phillips

Daini is a real estate and Funds Management professional, with over 16 years experience in industrial real estate.

Daini commenced her career Goodman Group, and held positions across their Asset Management, Capital Transaction and Funds Management teams, during her 10 years within the business. Daini has been responsible for the management, repositioning and delivery of business strategies across a broad range of industrial assets. In addition, Daini has extensive experience in Funds Management, and the raising of debt and equity across both domestic and offshore markets.

Daini has also held prior roles with Propertylink and CBRE (Residential Urban renewal projects). Daini has a Bachelor of Property Economics (Hons) from the University of Technology Sydney.
